These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cendrift ("Service"), an AI tool that generates timestamped chapters for YouTube videos. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your authentication credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to violate the rights of others or applicable laws.
  • Only connect YouTube accounts you own or have permission to use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your plan until cancelled. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with prior notice.

We integrate with third‑party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms:

When you connect your YouTube account, you grant our Service read access as described during consent. You may revoke access at any time atGoogle Account Permissions.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service. You retain any rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
